My holistic approach will come from a non-judgmental and very personal assessment of the whole person you are and what makes you unique. We will look at the body systems as an entity by analyzing, identifying and addressing the body system imbalances to help you understand the root cause. We will look at your health history, your life style, your environment, your mindset and your current nutrition and how all creates your story.

1. First 90 minutes: Discover your unique story and the symptoms around that story
Each one of us has a unique nutritional requirement specific to our genetic make-up, based on biological cultural, environmental and familial heritage
Every 2 weeks 90-minute sessions
2. Identify the best nutritional approach and understanding the connection between
what we eat and how we feel
3. Develop a personal nutritional and self -care plan (meal planning, recipes, grocery
lists)
4. Re-evaluation of progress (NSP- forms)
5. We will create tools and develop strategies to rewire you for a lasting transformation
6. Weakly 15-20 min check in sessions to discuss progress and obstacle, engaging support regarding your progress in the program and exploring more options in improving diet and lifestyle.
7. Monday to Friday /24Hour support and accountability
8. Step by step approach to identify positive behaviors
9. Provide a written report and analysis where I suggest recommendations tailored to your needs
10. Provide specific resources and handouts to support success
